Hourly fees to improve and fix issues:

We are developing a different use for the social net, curating organizations to join and limit the permissions for posting and editing. 

After some months of trying, we still facing issues, and the FAQ, information in Github and other places, is not enough to fix our issues. 

We want to open the access but we can't because there are some important features that are not working. We don't want to open the platform and have all working perfectly, but at least the important points. 

How much should we pay to get more attention? We request for a budget or more help, as we can't fix or we don't know how to fix those issues.

    • The big bottleneck is support with UNA. I can tell these guys are doing 200% to support and it's awesome. What happens when the userbase tripples . 

      • Wait until you face other issues. You are new here, we have been from last year trying UNA.

        • In general there is a good follow-up of the problems, but it is true that this post was not answered https://una.io/page/view-discussion?id=2683 and I understood that it is important for you, maybe get Alex T⚜️  attention here.

          • It is important to have a decent proof of concept. Our users will be companies and founders. We can't open access to them if we have these BIG issues:
            - Follow button doesn't show

            - Any member can Edit other posts. 

            We have started with the colors and small interactions, thinking that the framework was functional. The best advice we can give to new users, is creating a beta site to try as a sandbox, because the only way to learn how it works the Studio, is trying out.
