How are the menus created for custom pages in home page.
How are menus with sub menus created like the ones in the unacms - Resources menu . image attached for reference.
I want to display these menus to various users based on their permission levels.
I am unable to find the submenu listing for custom pages, just mods and system. Any suggestions regarding this use case?

I'm a novice at this. Hopefully I am able to help.
Go to: Studio, then click on Navigation. And explore the features there. You should be able to create, edit, add the menu you want.

Not sure if I've got your idea right, but we have the Custom menu type in the Navigation app.

Thank you @LeonidS , Let me clarify what i am trying to achieve. I want to create the menu like it is in unacms website. with custom links to the pages created manually in the instance.
Currently i tried adding that custom links in the " Site Navigation " and tried adding the custom created pages to the menu items and added as sub-items but it is not displaying that as desired. Kindly suggest way forward.
