Installing to a local computer is ra rely a good idea - you need a web Server that runs your site. We provide Cloud servers or you can get your own.

i am new to the platform and i want to understand how it works then we can go about making a server account.

You can run UNA on the localhost (xampp, wamp) without any problems.
You need to generate a key and just put localhost on the domain box - its working fine.

Can you help me with installation on my server. How much you charge for installation?. When i downloaded software from una.io website it was 135MB but when i downloaded in GitHub it was 913MB . Why this much difference?

The version from GitHub includes all apps and upgrade info within. But the right way is to install the package from una.io and then add all necessary module via Apps Market.
