How to automatically join/subscribe to an organization when creating a person profil ?

Hello,

I would like all new persons/members to automatically join/subscribe one specific organization upon registration. This specific organization is the organization that gives news about the network and the community.

Is this possible ? Could you please explain the process ?

If it is possible for new members, how could I proceed with already existing members ?
