in data items it lets me delete the upload field, but then how do I get it back after I delete it? Do I just recreate it with the same name "upload" and it knows what to do?

It's possibly to do via the Studio->Videos->Add Video page. Just uncheck the unnecessary variants in the Video field.

I'm talking about the "video source" field. If I delete the upload button then I can't get it back for later. If I try to re-add it then it doesn't switch between embed link and upload button in the "video" field below the "video source" field.
