How to display member blocks with the same fields as me?

How do I display person's block with people who have the same fields as my profile? For example, the same favorite color or anything else that I want to match with. Like "Matching Forms".

    • If I remember correctly there was something like this in Dolphin. If someone can do it in a third-party module, I'm interested too.
