How to uninstall app

I installed Russian language app. But now I want to uninstall it. But I can't. How can I uninstall it

studio - manage apps - deactivate Russian language - uninstall
you must not have Russian set as the default

Version: 14.0.0-A3 under what icon can i remove apps ?? UNA really throws me off :)

No Russian is NOT set as default and for the life of me i can't find how to remove apps in Version 14.0.0-a3
