I instelled too much, how can i de-instal things without breaking the website?
Do i have just to delete via directadmin?

Could you please share more details about your situation? Because all things you installed everything via Studio and Apps Market should have the possibility to be disabled and uninstalled without any additional actions https://unacms.com/wiki/remove-apps

Like here, i want to delete russian.
I don't know how.
I never see uninstall or so.

Go to studio, click the account symbol and go to manage apps
Then in manage apps view click the settings and DEACTIVATE the module you want to delete (or just deactivate)
Deactivated modules can be deleted. Be aware, that all content within this module is deleted too.
Confirm and the module will be deleted (with its content).
Be aware that some modules have dependencies. The deletion dialog will give information about this.
