I've disabled all email notifications in the Notifications Module, but it's still sending them out and I'm not sure why.

It may be the not-ended queue of notifications. You may wait a little to be sure.

I'm still getting emails and the notifications in the queue should be done by now. My site isn't that big or have that many users.

No prob, @SmokeyMcduff! What was the reason: there were left only notifications about join requestd to the groups. This part can't be without the email sending.

Hi @LeonidS. I need help with email notifications. All members of the group receive an email every time I accept someone on the group. Is there any way that I can stop that feature? It is annoying for the group member. Thanks

Try to disable the New fans option in the Studio->Notification-> Activity in spaces (groups, events, etc.) you follow area.
