I would like to separate relationships from friends

I think that it would be better to separate relationships from friends, so then I can use relationships as circles. For example, "people I work with" or "secret society of special magic" or anything, because the people I work with are not my friends so they need their own circle to share with. And keep the invisibility like in relationships so it doesn't show up on the site. And also, it would be cool if the person can create their own names for the circle or relationship.
