make a user administrator
Made a 2nd account for my self and gave myself admin status BUT it didn't give full system powers. How do you give full powers to another user account ( and yes read the manual )

You've mentioned the " full system powers" so it means to make the second profile as the operator. It is possible to do via the Studio->Accounts area, just found the necessary account and click on the Wheel icon near. Then in the appeared menu choose the "Set Operator Role" action.

did that already but doesn't give full access, should i click operator as well ?

got it working, you can actually check both boxes ( don't think that made the difference ) Thanks for your time
