Why u have under groups in the messengerbox a cam function and under the module Spaces and Profiles not? I need a special setting for this ?

Hello!
By default in Messenger studio settings you can find the option which allows to enable Video Conferences for private talks only
in this case you will see video option only in talks created manually (private talks) and video options will not be visible in Shoutbox or blocks created via studio -> pages builder area.
But even if you enable Video conferences for private talks only, video option should be available in default Groups/Spaces.

Yes, there is a video option on profiles. You can toggle it on and off, from navigation. But it still seems to just set up a group conference, by default.

Hello!
You can create Messenger block on Profile page the same as on Groups/Spaces view pages. Also there is exist default ability Video Chat
It allows to create Video Conferences, which may be useful for Webinars and so on... You may control it using membership levels actions (Permissions).
