I've checked and language key _sys_grid_confirmation is: "Are you sure?"

@LeonidS you are correct. It does exist, I misreported the issue. In Spaces, when I delete a space from "manage" the key is not translated. It shows the key. Why?

From my side, it deletes fine, without a similar error. Could you please check if you have the JS errors on the page?

No error is thrown, but tracked it to HTMX. When I disable HTMX the message is displayed properly, with it enabled, the confirm message doesn't translate. I will report in my HTMX thread.
