It just shows this: "Site is temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, please try again in a minute."

do you have maintenance mode enabled in toolbox or maintenance modules?

It looks like you launched the upgrade till UNA 13 Alpha. Then you need to apply this solution

No upgrade. I just installed a new 12 for a new site and left everything at defaults. Can't reach studio either.

It might be enabled the automatica upgrade via the beta channel and your UNA was upgraded to 13v. Please provide me your CPanel access details via Messenger.

I am having this exact same issue - have never yet logged into studio - so can't have set the upgrade channel to Beta.. But interestingly in the stack trace I see... (yet I never ran update to 13)

If you didn't have any warnings in your Studio before the upgrade then try to apply this solution

Same problem here - new installation for 12.1. After submitting DB user info, etc during the setup process, the following page displays: "Site is temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, please try again in a minute."
I cannot log into Studio. I have tried the above recommendation from @LeonidS (adding these files BxTemplEditorQuill.php and BxTemplConnection.php) and that didn't affect anything.
Clearly a problem on the source files which has rendered this platform useless for now!! Please get this fixed!!
