Notification badge not working on mobile App
In mobile app, the notification badge (Red dot - see image) is not working in our mobile App. It used to work, but stop working all of a sudden.
Also, I noted that this badge notification does not work on the original UNA app (image below), I think that never worked before.
Our developer indicated that may be. something to do with RC4 update. Any help will be appreciated.

Studio > Nexus > Send number of notifications with each PUSH notification

Then it maybe that PUSH notifications aren't configured for your app, there is separate config for web, ios and android. If it's ios app then PUSH notifications must be configure for ios app in your onesignal account.

We've disabled this setting (Studio > Nexus > Send number of notifications with each PUSH notification) for the site speed reasons

Last question, why there is no notification badge on UNA app? is this intentionally from you guys? would be nice to have them shown on the icons so we can click on the app to follow discussions.

This was working before for all una mobile apps…but seems it stopped working recently. @Alex T⚜️ kindly look into this as even una.io mobile app stopped showing badge notifications on app icon

it's intentionally disabled here on una.io as stated here and here, however the problem could be also related to this issue:

Hi @Alex T⚜️ - I hope you are doing well. Do you mean that update Push Notification App in One Signal to include IOS and Android platform too?
If web notification is configured and above push notification app is updated with IOS and Android then do we need to anything separately while building app package?

Yes, you've configured only browsers, Android and iOS platforms aren't configured in your case. If app was compiled with notifications support, then you just need to add platforms for for your app in OneSignal.
