Observation on Articles "see more" on Timeline
The "see more" link showing up on the Timeline should be made to open the real publication ( https://www.citimemo.com/page/view-article?id=2 ) --- just like it's "Title" and not extend the view of unformatted text on timeline.
User (UX) complained about badly formatted publication.
What can I do to make this change?

Unfortunately, there is no way to change the 'See more' behaviour in Timeline card. It's not a menu item and therefore cannot be managed in Studio builder.
But as I see you have non-formated text in the card. It looks like that you've enabled 'Brief' cards in Studio -> Timeline -> Settings -> Card -> 'Enable brief cards'. If you disable it the card's content will look more like on view content page.
