Profile
So as Admin you can change your profile to a user to troubleshoot. How do you change it back?

Is it because we have ours set for one Profile per Account. If so, can I switch it to two temporarily?

If that's the case this option is a poison pill.

You have to visit your old account as the new profile and select, "Change your profile to this one."

No, it can't be the reason. Please specify - do you check it under admin / operator account or under moderator?
