Public open debates are allowing only friends to add opinion in Debates module
Hey @AQB Soft ,
When I am posting an open debate with public privacy. Then only friends are able to add an opinion in that debate, whereas other people should also be able to add opinions because the debate is on public privacy.

Hello. Opinions in debate can be added by debate author only, because opinion is the part of the debate. If debate is public then everybody who see it can post his comments.
