Server Failure & Configuration

See attached screenshots. TMD is telling me I need to address these issues with UNA. Andrew Boon  can you have someone on your team help with this?

    • What up brother, this issue i have mentioned for years & years and nothing has been done, hopefully una will stop with upgrades and take care of this soon, speed is a huge factor in today's world. Me, i really don't care for speed, i'm old school, but in today's world people prefer speed. That is why emoji has become huge and will continue to grow more. Most humans rather click on a freaking icon to express their feelings, but if that's what they want then hopefully we shall give them that.

      • As for me, i think una is good, but slow as fudge. i'm wating for it to be a lot faster bro! Goodnight brother!

        • Hi Tim. I have had that same issue since switching to UNA. Since it did not affect my site I did not worry about it.

          Would be nice to get it fixed though.

          • Is it a TMD issue or an UNA issue. Seems like everyone was experiencing it on TMD side. 

            • I upgraded to a vps on TMD and now getting a server fail error - TMD says its a UNA error.
              I never had it on my previous server.
              It doesn't affect the site though as all the other audit requirements are all good. Mystery for me

              TMD says this is enabled but not showing even with a browser refresh

              • So it looks like it is indeed a TMD issue and not an UNA one

                • Yes but I have bigger problems now. There is a problem with every module since I had them transfer me to a VPN a few days ago. They say the problem is on UNA’s end. They are saying I need to pay someone to fix it for me. The site is totally screwed up and the timeline is gone. 18 months wasted. I don’t want to start over again. 

                  • Tim Burleigh Did you get your timeline back.  Seems to have posts going back a ways.

                    • Tim for your page to be faster you may decrease the number of items in blocks like latest videos etc. in the Latest Videos block there are 28 videos if I didnt count wrong.
                      For every block try decreasing them reasonably.
                      the rewrite error is not an error, I have the same in my studio, I use nginx and it says rewrite is not enabled.
                      another way to speedup your homepage for the visitors could be creating another home page for the visitors only and enabling page cache from studio.
                      (with page cache enabled some css like page layout or some javascript may not work properly, to be sure you may just try/see).

                      • Yes, I was able to get the timeline back. Most of the modules are having problems. Trying to get help from UNA now. 

                        • Thank you. I will try your suggestions. I was under the impression that the latest videos block would not be that much data to load since it is the block that scrolls from video to video.

                          • Cem what can I do to fix this. TMD is telling me there is nothing they can do on their end. See attached screensho. 

                            • just saying that I have had good luck with TMD except for the webserver issue that everyone has and they have been a good host. however, if a better one comes along - I will switch as it seem that they are not as service friendly as they used to be.

                              • Something happened when I upgraded from a shared server to a VPS. TMD say they did not cause the problem. I have never made any changes in cpanel. Now I an having all kinds of problems with the modules. t’s hard to explain here without having a conversation over the phone with someone. There’s so much going on with my network that I can’t fix and having a hard time getting help.

                                  İ don't see anything to worry at this point.

                                  And I visited your site is quite fast. İ believe that decreasing it's load will be quite beneficial.
