SHOUTBOX NOT CONNECTING
It says my shoutbox isn't connecting. ย Please advise.

Hello,
As far as I see you have changed domain name. When you change domain name you also need to change link to the server in Messenger's settings, because it is used for Jot Server.
It was corrected and now your messenger should be ok.

Itโs doing it to me still on my site as well, it wonโt allow me to type anything to even continue an existing convo. It keeps saying โconnecting...,,โ in the attachment you can see right above where the typing part is. It doesnโt allow you to select to type anything either.
