It looks like as a possible not closed HTML tag or " sign in some menu. Do you have the custom HTML ode somewhere?

No custom code anywhere.

UPDATE: the reason was in the not-proper code of the OneSignal push integration in the Studio->Designer->Injections area.
NB - no need to enter the integration code somewhere in UNA. It's just enough to ad the key to the Studio->Settings->Push notification area.
