Site Violations
I am looking for a feature/mod that tracks specific member's site violations (by report type) and assigns points. If member acquires x, a message will be sent to warn of a specific site violation(s) and at x number member is suspended for x days.

Hello!
Our Points System allows to deduct points for special activity and when member reaches special points level new membership level can be assigned to the member, but by default we have no points for Report and doesn't allow to create levels with negative values, but we can update configuration, may be it will meet to your requirements.

Would actually be very useful for busy sites that utilize multiple moderators.
