So Many Places to Put a Link
Four places to post link😳 (see attached image) People are getting confused. The best place to post articles & videos is where the âž• is ( images & videos are great)just paste a link in the share icon far right.Â
Is there a way to remove these other places? So there is no confusion? Also if you post on these other areas only the link posts without image or video. The non Froala link icon at the bottom posts images but they are cut off and looks pretty bad.
Anyone having these issues? If so were you able to fix the situation?

There's a big difference between embedding a url and simply posting a link. Embedding a url, uses a third party service to process the url and return a code snippet to the end users web browser that presents an attention getting preview of the url resource. Â
ÂSometimes, people just want to link to a resource without the highly processed preview... especially when such a preview within the context of a post would create clutter, and distract from the main content. Â With the link function, you can associate the resource with a single word, such as click here. Â I'd have used a real example, but my sorryass membership level here, says I'm not allowed to post links.
You need both the link and url embed, however in your screen shot, a link on the editor menu bar as well as the action menu below, is redundant. Â

The link button in the attachment can be disabled in the Studio->Navigation->Timeline->Form attachments area.

Will Roberts how were you able to move the emojis and the share icon to the bottom? We were able to move the icons a bit but not quite where we wanted them to go. My tech guy is trying from the timeline. Also the changes we did showed only in the desktop. Are your changes visible in mobile too?

The emoji button doesn't show up on mobile because your phone should come with its own set of emojis if you have an android or iPhone.Â
