    • Baloo i think knows about this

        • UNA Team has instructions on how to create a new language app that can be found here:

A module with similar uniaue parameters is already installed

              help me please.

I deal with a lot. download and edit the russian language file. always get the same error message. please help me. With a small understandable video show me how to install the Turkish language.

              • I have never done this myself so, not sure I can help out on the errors. There is another option and that is to translate everything through Studio > Polyglot. Just note that it will take a while to translate everything.

                • I would not advise, I think it is important to keep the English language, imagine if UNA team must intervene on the site and that there is only the Turkish language ... it may be complicated.

                  • I can assure you that the tutorial is correct, you have missed a step, you must really follow each step scrupulously.

                    • I wouldn't either but.....I suppose it's only fair to give "all" the possible options 😁

                      • Yes, I was able to upload the language file now.

however I advise to translate the Russian language. It's easy for me to know a little bit of English and translate. how to translate russian language. Can you show me the right way.

                        for example

                        UNA-v.10.1.0\modules\boonex\turkish\data\langs/

here it is appropriate to edit the files one-on-one.

or from the panel through Studio > Polyglot

Is there a different method of translation other than these two preferences? If so, please show me the correct path.

                        Thank you.

                        • Muhammet there is no easy way for this, just follow the above mentioned guideline step by step strictly.

While translating be very careful not to break the syntax template of the file.

My recommendation is to use polyglot for corrections only, instead of a a whole language translation. Otherwise you may  have problems.

For professional support, you may get from Una team. But first finish all the translation this will take quite a while.

                          • MuhammeT - It is very important to make sure you follow each step. Looking at the #1 in the tutorial it says to create your own directory /modules/ directory so, something like this:

                            /modules/muhamme/turkish (I wouldn't use boonex)

The next step tells you to copy all the folders from the /modules/boonex/russian/ into your own directory (above).

The proceed with the other steps. Take note to #7 where it tells you it's best to translate from English by deleting the ru.xml from your directory and replacing it with the en.xml from modules/boonex/english/data/langs/system/en.xml and then rename it to whatever format you are using such as turk.xml

Then you can translate that turk.xml (which is in English at the moment) to what you need. Good Luck!
