Version 12 is faster on my site
Version 12 is a lot faster than 13 on my site.

For me they are about the same but 13 B3 is much faster than B4.

Posting new content is much slower on 13 B4, the system can lag an not register that the post has been made. Refresh the page after a long "posting" lag and the post is there.

Without exact numbers, it's hard to define what and where may be wrong. It would be good to compare equal amounts of users, their connections, content friends etc.

May you check with the developer tool - perhaps, you have the JS error on the posting page.
