Can you attempt to upload a shorter video? One just a few seconds long, and try to work up from there?

VIDEO Settings That Worked For Me
Memory Can Be Updated in PHP.ini

banister this was a 5-second video (As longer videos seem to fail on upload with response 0)
I'll try the PHP.INI settings and see if that fixes it.
-
I've tested these and it still fails with the same error.
The 2 images (Thumbnail and preview) convert fine. it's just the video

Hello Michael Howard !
So is it possible to get a screenshot with your Server audit from Dashboard?

Hello Michael Howard !
Well, from now it looks fine. So please, provide me the Control Panel access of your server via Messenger, need to perform some test right there.

Please update when you can. Many of us have had poor UNA video processing with this otherwise fine hosting service. Thanks.

UPDATE for the similar cases: In some servers, the possibility to create several threads can be closed, so then it needs to add the following line to the inc/header.inc.php file:
define('BX_SYSTEM_FFMPEG_THREAD', 1);
after this one:
define('BX_SYSTEM_FFMPEG', ...);

Just ran into this running on BlueHost. Thank you @LeonidS ! This was my issue. Sat on this as it wasn't a priority, but getting this resolved on our Hosting Provide with your recommendation of:
