I want to have the field Account Name in the profile visible to others instead Full Name

You can edit profiles by going to the profile itself and on the cover menu you should see "edit profile." Yours might be different if you have different template

I want to have the Account Name field in my Profile. This can be done in Studio but not by editing the profile.

I just don't know how I add the Account Name field to the Profile.

The "Account name" already shows on your profile next to your avatar in the Profile Cover area. The "full name" is displayed in a block called "Info" so, you would need to post a screenshot of where else you are wanting the Account Name to show on the view profile screen,
