Any apps or custom modules in place to have an auction feature for a marketplace? Something similar to Ebay where you can set times, feedback, descriptions etc.
Have looked and searched around but couldn't find anything useful

Build-in Ads module have Auction mode starting from UNA13:

It's already here, but you need to update to UNA 13 Alpha, which isn't stable yet.

You may try to clear the cache of your browser and repeat your attempt to install Ads again.
