I've read through the multiple e-commerce apps and don't think they accomplish what I'm looking for. Can users (or the organizations/groups they manage) monetize content they post? For instance, Minds has a money icon visible in the entry text box (Add New on una) that, when selected, triggers a payment or subscription modal that allows the creator to select a payment tier for the content being posted in the Add New box.
