I paid for a Pro License today, But on both payment providers, I got errors. I checked my bank and I have been charged even though the UNA.IO website said it could not take it. I checked emails and I have received none. I checked the licence page on UNA.IO and no new license is there.

Could someone please look into this?

    • Hi Bambie. Could you please describe the whole process of buying a license, for example: I logged into una.io, visited the page URL (specify), clicked the button (specify), saw a pop-up window where entered my credentials, was redirected to URL (specify) and so on.

      We need this information because you're not the only one with this problem and we cannot troubleshoot it without our clients' help.
