Usually, this message appears when UNA can't send the confirmation email. To check it you need to login to Studio->Dashboard->Host tools->Server audit area. There you need to find the "Mail sending" line. Press this link and check the response. Tell us about the result.
Hi Leon, it failed, the first cron job public_html/globespirit is my dolphin install that works good, is it normal it shows up here?
( Note: When I clicked on post for this post on una.io I got white page with top left {"form":"\n I think this happens when I click from windows notification popup )

The message about "mail send failed " means that the normal work of the mail function in your server is closed now. You need to clear it from your hosting support.

Ok thanks, I have other strange things I would like to report, because I was motivated to start my new project with UNA but because of Issues and learning curve I am sticking to Dolphin check globespirit-com I know it is a shame UNA looks great. I would like to post screen shot issues and links but I am told : Your current membership (Standard) doesn't allow you to 'Post links'.

In Timeline Module when I click on link in post a popup opens with a 50% transparent layer and the hole page freezes, I would like to send a screen shot but can't

If you don't use the SMTP app then this function works by PHP tool (mail function) you need to check your server error log about what's wrong there during mail sending. If you use SMTP - then you need to check errors there, in your account panel.

my test Mail sending is ok but members don't receive confirmation mails.

Did you check Spam folder as adviced in other thread? If there is no message then need to check logs of your SMTP
