how do i fix the ffmpeg.exe file not being executable

If you can't set the 777 or 755 permissions for the ffmpeg file then you'd better ask your hosting support - may be they have some safety limits there.
@LeonidS i tried the permissions but it still doesnt work it says its not executable even when being on 777
