For self hosted sites
Login to your phpmysql and export your database and save that database file
Login ftp or cpanel and go to file manager then zip and download all files
If you are using any cdn like Amazon S3 then go to bucket and download all files
For UNA hosted premium sites

Thank you for following up. I am using an una cloud. Is there something easier. Also, how do I access my phpmysql on una cloud.

The clients with Cloud plans may do backup via the una.io->Dashboard page. In the Networks block find your Cloud site and press the Export button (see on the attached screenshot), then follow the next instructions.
