New issue that I am encountering is that I am unable to add any events to Spaces. The only options are to add an update, a post, or a discussion on the space's page. If I go to the events tab under of the space, there's no option to add a new event. Could you help me check where I am going wrong?
Even as an administrator, the visibility options i get are me only, public, selected membership levels. -----, closed and secret. No option to attach an event to a space.
Do you have the space by this administrator? Every profile may add the events only to his / her own space. If it doesn't work by this way plz PM me with your studio access.

Yes, the administrator account has created a couple of spaces defining geographical areas. Now to add event when i click on +, and add an event, i want that event to belong/be visible only to the space's members and not for public. So, according to the previous link the spaces that administrator creates, he should be able to restrict event to a group or a space, but that's not the case. The "visible to " options I see are :
Me only, Public, Selected membership levels, closed and secret.
If you can register on my site: "residents.directory" , I will make you an administrator.
