How to create own nested form for Profile(Same as Skills)

Hi All,

I want to create a nested form same as skills for profile page. How I can achieve this?

Experience (Nested Form) 

  • Position Title 
  • Company Name 
  • From Date 
  • To Date 
  • Currently Work Here Check box 
  • Responsibilities (Rich Text Editor) 
  • Skills (Multi Select)
