I found that Tinder clone app that I bought, but it has errors. Can someone fix the errors for free and upload it back to this post for everyone to use? If interested, I will upload the file here.

    • Hi!

I have big doubts that someone wants to fix the errors of other commercial product especially for free...

      • Unfortunately, even if the user is suspended, you're not allowed to share or distribute their code. It's protected under a Private Commercial License. Your only options are to either sell the license to someone else or hire a developer to fix and maintain the code but keep in mind, no one will do that for free.

You are allowed to transfer the license to a single individual or entity for free, but by doing so, you forfeit all your rights to use the software yourself. What you absolutely cannot do is distribute it publicly.

Additionally, the code will require ongoing updates, so maintenance could become quite costly over time. I still hope that MSolutions will return, although it seems very unlikely, especially since all their websites have been taken down. This application does have potential, but you’ll need to either handle the updates yourself or pay someone to do it. Since it's a private commercial license, distributing it for free is not allowed.

Any license is protected by copyright law, and without the developer’s explicit consent, you cannot modify or change its terms.

Only has the legal right to make its code open source. No one else can relicense or redistribute it without their permission.

However, keep in mind that once you sell the license, you lose all rights to use the software you will no longer be allowed to use it yourself.

As far as I know, MSolutions licenses are limited to a single domain meaning the license can only be used on one website or project.

So, publicly distributing software that’s under a private commercial license is not legal. I don’t believe UNA would allow illegal activity on their platform taking such an action could result in one consequence: the suspension or permanent blocking of your account.
