Could you please specify your request with more details? Do you want to have it on your UNA? Do you want to get those 1 free and 5 paid mem levels in the automatic mode on your UNA site?
There are different posibilities. The simpliest one is to go with UNA credits module & UNA paid levels and Credits enabled as Payment Provider
