In recent weeks we had an opportunity to work with some non-tech sites and directly observing en-user experience, feedback and activity. Looking at how, say, a user responds to a friends request notification by replying to the email and typing βyes, Iβd be happy to be friends with youβ π€¦ββοΈ in free form or how people post private messages to public timelines of other users, or how difficult it is for many to use image crop tool... we learn. π§
The main takeaway so far is that we must focus v10 on Β user experience #foolproofing - building the shortest and clearest ways to achieve the main UX goals. There is a lot to do.Β
