I am having adding a domain to my instance.
Its an atypical domain (.share). I changed DNS info and then added domain within dashboard.
I was unable to reach site with domain and now in my dashboard seeing this under ip address: Can not decode response

I switch back to subdomain for una.io and was likewise not able to get instance. I erased in order to start over but its talking a long time. Wondering if some form of human intervention is necessary.

I'm having the issue of trying to provision cloud instance and it being stuck in processing. Support seems fairly unresponsive. Anyone else with advice on getting up ?
