Is there a Wiki that stays within context?

I was trying to search for this question within Discussions, but the search term "wiki" returns all of the links pointing to the UNA wiki!

Is it possible to have a Wiki or Wiki page that stays completely in its context? For example, can I have a wiki that is only visible within a specific group?

No, it's impossible to do it in the current version of the Groups and Wiki apps.
