I am seeing that me (The Admin) am the only account with access to change MY password, all the other standard and premium members have no access to change their passwords.
can anyone shed light on this issue and help me resolve it so my members can change their passwords and email addresses.

May you please specify - don't your users have the access to this field? Or can't save the changes there? Did you change smth in the account edit form?

Hey. I haven't changed anything in account form. It should be default.
Account users when they go to account settings to change their password delete account or change email. They are seeing ACCESS DENIED.
UPDATE - The check on the site didn't define any troubles with it.
Did you resolve the issue Stephen ? I seem to have the same issue
