The Cron Job that was required to be set up does work. Remote transcoder option is disabled, memory limit is 512 mgs. Uploading videos is fine on the feeds and everywhere else. Just the Create Video page has the conversion issue remaining. Perhaps I screwed up with the video pages someway, but the same result on different templates. Will check into that. Thanks Leonid. Still dont have this one create video page doing what it needs to. Everywhere else the video conversion proceeds properly. Just the Profile (or Org profile) ADD Video pages. - Its not a template issue, cron, etc - so if it needs to check "right on the place" individually. how do I detective that out?

If you mean the 2nd point from my answer here then you need to disable the "Remote video transcoding (requires special setup)" in the Studio->Developer app.

There may be several reasons:
1) not working Cron Jobs
2) enabled remote videos transcoder option.
3) not enough memory_limit value.
In other points, it needs to check "right on the place" individually.
