I tried uploading on Android, made a video clip of what it was doing within these comments, and then uploaded the video from the app. It would only upload as a Discussion; it would not work as a Post or Update.
I also noticed within the app, I could did not see a way to get the discussion link to share it here. I had to use a PC to get the link and make this comment.
