Hi! 

New here, I'm just confused as to what plan I actually need for my network, or what to demo first so I don't under or overspend the first month, so i should connect with an admin who would guide me through the process. I have tried a few times to get an admin to help but each time a video chat is scheduled, I don't get a call and/or nothing happens. Is there something I am doing wrong? Thank you!

    • Hi there TheRainbowEffect - not sure what is going on with the scheduled calls, sometimes it is the time zones that is confusing, we are in Australia, so you need to choose your time zone from the menu to get the correct time. Anyways, I'm freely available and happy to talk, I'll send you a PM.
