After scouring the internet for days, and this community, and the Github community, I have found only 1 video of how to actually use this program, and it was v. 10. I have also found no information whatsoever on this subject on this site, or forums, or discussions, etc, or at least, none step-by-step or extensive enough to be used in any way that is thorough enough to create something tangible, full, and extensive. Does anyone have any links, videos, anything? I have a very unique idea and I have a back-end coder awaiting my instructions to tweak the program, but I can't hire her to do so if there is no conceivable way to design my site. Thank you!

New here, I'm just confused as to what plan I actually need for my network, or what to demo first so I don't under or overspend the first month, so i should connect with an admin who would guide me through the process. I have tried a few times to get an admin to help but each time a video chat is scheduled, I don't get a call and/or nothing happens. Is there something I am doing wrong? Thank you!
