I've had the same problem. I tried to buy a module a few days ago but every time I had paid for it via Paypal, I was redirected back to UNA and the module, seeing the message "ACCESS DENIED" when trying to download the module. Therefore, I thought the payment had failed, so I tried again, and again, three times in total.
After checking today I still get a "ACCESS DENIED" when trying to download the module, but the money has been withdrawn from my bankaccount 3 times.
I know Paypal recently updated their payment inputs in order to meet new European privacy policies and laws. And i know, this has recently led to issues for online stores using Paypal. My best guess is that UNA should update Paypal related matters or contact them directly to fix it.
If you can't download the module, I would recommend to write to the module developer. I've getting such requests from my customers and adding them to purchase list manually asap.
Still my modules doesn't appear on their site "Purchased" modules list under admin panel, though they are able to download them and install manually.
It's not a big deal to upload a module manually when you have a hosting or VPS. But when you have UNA cloud with no access to files (I suppose), there might be a problem.
My module is not showing up in "Purchased" either, and when I go to the module and press "download" I get a "Access Denied". (Luckily the developer has send it to me manually via gdrive, so I could install it)
I agree Boonexpert. I've send Alex T a message with a link to this post. For some reason I can't tag Alex T in this post, because: "Your current membership (Standard) doesn't allow you to 'Post links'." Weird, I can't tag another UNA member in a comment...
Hello. Automatic payment processing is working fine for us here. We've just gotten a payment for our app and it was processed automatically. boonexpert , may be you've incorrectly configured your PayPal account.
The problem is not on the developers side, the developer is getting paid, this works fine. The issue is on the buyers side of the table. Buyers pay for the module and afterwards is not able to download them from UNA. I agree with Boonexpert, this has not been a issue beforehand, it's a recent problem.
Problem may be in payment type. It can be PDT, IPN and direct. Looks like you have enabled IPN, in this case payment is performed but instead of post data with info to the site, payer gets email about successful payment only and this case there is not post data to the site, thus payment on the site can not be processed and register the product.
We recommend to use PDT method, in this case payment will be process on the site also and don't need to back to the site with post data. But if you select PDT method in Paypal settings on the UNA site and don't enable it in paypal account, it will not work.
So, you need to check PayPal settings (Proccess Type) on the site and in your paypal account.
I still not got my downloads in my downloaded from vendor not showing in my downloaded and Purchases.
Hello boonexpert!
Look here -> Link
Thank you, but I'm talking about UNA.io modules purchases. A few first payments went correctly.
OK

I've already did so, luckily the developer is resonsive and we are finding a solution among us.

Should be fixed anyhow. Should be fully automated as it supposed to be.
I agree Boonexpert.

They have this bug (when you can't "post links") reported I remember. That's weird.
Alex T⚜️ Please come here :)

There's nothing to configure I believe. I can put only my paypal email and that's it, just like it was on Dolphin.
It did worked fine for the first few payments though.

Thank you for the advice. I have Direct payment set.
Strangely, I don't have to make such adjustments for the other sites where I'm getting paid with Paypal.
Honestly I would not want to mess with my paypal account since it might affect my other paypal sources as they use other adjustments. Not sure.
