Does anybody know of a module or service that can get posts from users (with their permission) on other social media sites like Facebook and republish on our UNA platform under their user profile?
That would require an API that would allow that, as well as some permission request interface on the side of each social media site. Considering it's not in their best interest to allow outbound reposts I don't think that's possible.
The only real option is to share public posts via URLs.
