It's a nice screenshot. But it doesn't help me to understand where you get this module and how it should work. The UNA team doesn't have such module, in Market it is missing too.
Check the settings within Studio to see if the dev laid out a setting for the video length, otherwise it might be a hardcoded setting that will require a source code edit.
This developer has deleted his account, which means that there will be no update for his module. I also bought $500 worth of modules from him and there are no updates
I remember that in the admin settings of the module there is a function to set a time limit for the duration of the video. Try increasing the limit. But I don’t know whether the module itself will work with UNA14
They did not delete their account, the UNA team suspended the account due to non-response. The UNA system is just flawed that it will still allow you to view their products if you have the direct link. (Or in this case, did a simple Google search that yielded the product page.)
When I purchased the modules, the developer was still actively working and updating the modules. After the release of the stable version of UNA 13.0, the developer disappeared, and the modules have many flaws, and the modules are sold further
Hello @supriya ithape !
Could you please specify what the "short videos" app is? Where did you get it and did you ask the vendor about this trouble?
S
please check screenshot.
S
i am trying to add video in this module.

Little research goes a long way: TikTak Short Videos (unacms.com)
Check the settings within Studio to see if the dev laid out a setting for the video length, otherwise it might be a hardcoded setting that will require a source code edit.

Thanks for the update.
True, to a point.

S
Yes i increased limit but still getting same error.
E
I just tested this module on UNA 13.1 and everything works.
E
Can you send me a screenshot of how you enlarged it and the errors?
S
Please check my first comment I uploaded.
E
How much did you increase the second? In the error, how many seconds does it show?
S
120 seconds
E
Does the error show 120 seconds or 60?
S
after increased 120 seconds. Video is too long ( seconds), Max video length is: (120 seconds)
E
If you set 120 seconds, the video should not exceed 110 seconds, otherwise it may not load
E
Or try increasing the test limit to 480 seconds. Perhaps the video you upload is longer
S
trying with 13 sec but still getting same error.
E
And check the PHP settings on the server or hosting, the maximum download limit
S
yes max upload size 512M
E
Then try a different limit and other videos. If it does not load, then the module does not work with UNA 14
