I am frustrated. I have had this application (UNA) for three days now and I have spent more time trying to sort out code than I have setting up my community! So now I have this error. I see lots of things about how to resolve it depending on what caused it, and I dont know where to check how this problem arose. Any ideas? I have deliberately turned off the automatic update so I should still be on V12.something. Any help would be appreciated.

Okay, here is the underlying error
class (BxTemplEditorQuill) wasn't found in /home/livetos1/public_html/inc/utils.inc.php on line 778
To find this error message, I located this file
bx_maintenance
in public_html and renamed it temporarily, the message then appeared in the browser when I sought the website.
Now this error seems to be common. I had it yesterday when my site auto updated. My workaround was to uninstall the corrupt instance, and install it all again. This was feasible as yet there were only 6 members. How is it that the company does not address this? Very frustrating, its exactly the same error caused a different way, and no "idiot proof" instructions on how to fix it. All the instructions here are written for people who know how to code and are very familiar with this product anyhow. I suggest for this problem you should have a answer on how to fi in the wiki.
