I received this error message when I tired to upgrade my installation.

I resolved it by deleting that file.

Can anyone help me sort this out? What do I need to do to fix this????

I am frustrated. I have had this application (UNA) for three days now and I have spent more time trying to sort out code than I have setting up my community! So now I have this error. I see lots of things about how to resolve it depending on what caused it, and I dont know where to check how this problem arose. Any ideas? I have deliberately turned off the automatic update so I should still be on V12.something. Any help would be appreciated.

A user can see this membership page ☝ but nothing is clickable, so they cant sign up. I have configured the Payment Levels module (which costs $50/year) with my paypal API...

Please help
